This DVD has been autographed by riders from the Spanish Riding School! Tickets will be available at the registration table or from Jorie.
In addition, there will be a raffle for a wonderful grooming tote bag filled with horse
products and an exclusive SRS Clinic embroidered saddle pad! Thanks to Dover for donation of this great raffle item!
Awards: $20 Dover gift certificates will be awarded to the auditor who traveled the longest distance to attend the clinic as well as the "most important take-home idea/information" submitted by an auditor. The latter will be awarded daily based upon submissions received that day.
Special presentations:
FRIDAY: Certified Massage therapist & Equestrian Kim Henning will explain the importance of a healthy back and the benefits of massage, and demonstrate techniques you can use. Learn how your muscles could be keeping you from the straight alignment and effective riding position you need to improve your dressage.
SATURDAY: Certified massage therapist & equestrian Kim Henning will explain how equine massage therapy can help your horse perform and feel better.
SUNDAY: Patricia Gallup, a registered Alexander Technique instructor, will discuss this hands-on, kinesthetic approach to re-educating body awareness & alignment which addresses crookedness & lack of suppleness in the body. The AT can help you improve your riding and help you achieve "self-carriage" both off and on the horse.
Presentations will be held during the last 20 minutes of the lunch hour. Snack potluck goodies will be available at that time, as well - have lunch, and come back for dessert and the presentation!
